Amala Paul joins the Oscar race
Aakashathinte Neram (Colour of the Sky), a Malayalam film starring Indrajit, Prithviraj and Amala Paul has been selected to the Top 282 films in the run for an Oscar in the Best Picture category. Bijukumar Damodaran is the writer and director of this film which has been making an impact around the world.
This is the first Malayalam film to have this distinction at the Academy awards. It was also featured in the 8th Eurasia International Film Festival, 15th Shanghai International Film Festival where it competed for a Golden Goblet Award, 48th Chicago International Film Festival USA, and the South Asian Film Festival, Vancouver. Nayanthara In Bollywood
Nayanthara is fresh from the accolades that she is receiving for her role in the recently released Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (KVJ), directed by Krish. She even dubbed for her role and that has taken her closer to the audiences in Andhra.
